Membership
How to Join
If you are interested in joining our Society please download a Membership Application form from our Members Area and return it to the address at the top of the form. The Society welcomes members at many different stages of artistic development.We encourage those who are interested in joining the Society to first to gain some experience in at least one medium, and ask you to send an example of your work along with your application.
Annual membership currently costs £60 per person, 1 April-31 March.Full membership entitles you to:
- 1. Participate in informal painting and drawing sessions
- 2. Join in programmed events and apply for workshops/demos.
- 3. Submit paintings to Society Exhibitions
- 4. Join the committee after 12 months
- 5. Vote at the AGM
- 6. Participate in the Society’s closed Facebook groups and online gallery
Associate membership is currently £12 per annum(20% of a full members' subscription) also payable by 31st March each year. Associate members are not eligible to use the studio or to exhibit artwork or to vote. They receive news of the society and are welcome to attend social events.
